Customer service was excellent, I received my item and a piece was broken, I contacted the seller and they told me they would send me a replacement immediately! Very happy with the product. The only thing I wish they had was the option to buy it in metal, that way it wouldn’t break, otherwise I’m very happy!😃

Just like the pictures. Super cute and a perfect tabletop size. Reminds me of a Halloween tree my parents used to have while me and my sibling were growing up.
